SNOW UPDATE
We apologise for the disruption to our services over the past 2 days in respect of the snowfall.
We work incredibly hard to ensure a continuity of service wherever it is safe to do so. This involves many staff working a lot harder than they normally would and planning and re-planning services as the situation changes from minute to minute.
I would like to pay tribute to all of our staff. They were asked to attend and were then asked to chop-and-change from one service to another without complaint.
Once again my apologies and my thanks for bearing with us through the disruption.
